The Mobile Prefab House is delivered without electrical wiring. Please hire a licensed electrician to install wiring according to Costa Rican electrical standards.
For plumbing, connect the unit to the local water supply (AyA or ASADA) and the municipal sewer system where available. If sewer service is not available, a septic system or external waste tank may be required. Always consult a qualified plumber or contractor for proper installation.
